This site is intended for the exchange of information between the public and this Office. Other use without the expressed written consent of Nathan Hartman is strictly prohibited.
BLOG: The Blog has been created as a forum for exchanging ideas and opinions. Submissions to the Blog are subject to review prior to posting. We reserve the right to refuse posting of any comments, in whole or in part, which are deemed unsuitable without notice or explanation. Comments which are insidious, profane, or obscene will be immediately deleted. Due care will be exercised to prevent censorship on the basis of personal view or opinion. Postings to the Blog will not necessarily reflect the views of this Office, as the intent is to not restrict free speech. Blogs and accompanying comments may be removed at any time without notice.
TWITTER: This Office participates in the internet social networking program of Twitter as an extension of this website for the purpose of keeping the public informed. In doing so, the Terms of Twitter, Inc. will be observed. The Twitter site is left unlocked for the general purpose of allowing persons to "follow" the actions of the county board; however, as the administrator of the account, this Office reserves the right to remove or otherwise block followers without notice when followers violate the Terms of Twitter, Inc. or NathanHartman.info, or have material on their account and/or profile which is deemed inappropriate or as a means of obtain information for commercial purposes, as determined by this Office.
